Purpose: To investigate the role of centrosomal protein55 (CEP55) in melanoma. 
 Methods: The CEP55 expression human melanoma cells and normal melanocytes were determined by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) western blot.
